The Roubaix swimming pool is a must

Last sunday, as the weather was miserable, we were ready for a little outing and we dicovered "The Roubaix swimming pool"
The Museum has found an amazing home in what must have been the most beautiful swimming pool in France!
The original striking Art Deco designs and fittings have been carefully uncovered and restored. As we walked along we enjoyed sculptures, paintings and all sort of art deco decorations.
In this setting the Museum opened in 2001 to present its collections of paintings, sculpture, drawings, graphic design, textiles, fashions and ceramics - reflecting the creativity and energy behind Roubaix' industrial heyday as a world centre of textile manufacture and other industries.
From 21 November 2009 to 28 February 2010 you 'll be able to see the "Bloomsbury group"
