2013 New York State Ballot Measure
VOTING GUIDE

This year in New York, six propositions will appear on the November 5 General Election ballot. These six propositions consist of proposed amendments to the State Constitution that have been duly approved by each House of the State Legislature in consecutive legislative sessions. New Yorker’s Family Research Foundation has created this informational resource to inform New Yorker voters about the six proposed amendments and the arguments that may be made for and against them. Aside from Proposal One, New Yorker’s Family Research Foundation takes no position regarding the proposed amendments. On Election Day, the polls will be open from 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. To find your polling place, please contact your county board of elections.
