I'm surprised to see so large areas for languages:
- Chinese
- Russian even if there are other languages in the north
- Arabic
A similar language cannot be spoken throughout wide areas, differences mandatorilly appear, for lots of reasons.
It is often said that Chinese don't speak the same vocal language: when they write they understand one another not when they speak.
