Hi Gérard, Muriel ! At first, I didn't realise the connection with the café-polyglotte.
I am more cafeholic than alcoholic, so I should be all right. But I have been told that one should not exaggerate the number of cups each day.
As always moderation is the rule.

It's written 3 cups a day.
They advise coffee and not tea though tea contains caffein as well.
