New Zealand about to change their flag

Howdy.

As I already posted it somewhere, New-Zealand is about to get a new flag.
I learned this from my niece recently.
I don't know who decided this, if it's the dream of the majority or a short minority, if something was voted.
That's true that the inhabitants of these territories of the Commonwealth don't like much to be "subjets" of Queen Elizabeth II, to have a Prime Minister only and never receive a visit of the Queen (William and his family went to Australia a few months ago).

As you can read below, some want to keep the flag.
This text is a kind of poem with its short lines but only 2 lines out of 4 are rhyming.
