  3. A place of interest to many visitors the Imperial War Museum at Lambeth Road, London. You can see the history of conflicts involving Britain and the Commonwealth from the First World War through to the most recent events.
Much of the museum is dedicated to World War II which was a particularly tough yet heroic time for the British Isles.

Name this British war-time Prime Minister, famous for his "V" for victory salute and smoking fat cigars.

  8. When does the Lord Mayor's Show take place
  9. When does the Last Night of the Proms take place?

C
  1. One of England's most famous leaders was Winston S. Churchill. What does the "S" stand for?
  2. Liverpool's airport is named after which famous musician?

Bloody difficult!!
As for me, a Wolverine is a native of Michigan (or simply an inhabitant of this state)... what does a native of Michigan State have to do with the 7 sins? scratch
'Got it! I guess it's "gluttony" then!

G'day Florent,
Michael Douglas had a long and arduous treatment for his throat cancer, and it seems it worked and he is said to be free of the cancer now.

Hi everyone,

A Done!

B3 - Winston Churchill for sure! A talented guy :-) thanks to him!

B5 - The forest in which Robin was operating is Sherwood's...
Hey now I remember that this forest is located in Nottinghamshire County, isn't it? I realize that a niece of mine presently lives in Nottingham (for her studies): oh, how nice! Wink

B6 - My response to B6 is
Lord Nelson's Column.
