Hi everyone,

We've been told that our salt intake is dangerously high, especially here in America. While respectable organizations, like the Center for Disease Control, back this statement, is there any truth to it? Tara Long joins DNews to look at an interesting new study saying that Americans are actually eating a healthy amount of salt!
