How much time do you spend eating every day? Probably a lot more than you think! A recent study of a smartphone app showed that, from the first meal of the day to the last snack at night, most people spend a total of 15 hours eating. Even though they weren’t constantly stuffing their faces, participants reported something interesting when researchers told them to cut back to a 10-hour-a-day “diet”: They dropped an average of 3.5% in body weight!
