In fact he is a pure American from Brooklin and his name is Philip E Jones.

Well, he is not a Russian who can speak English but an American who can speak Russian!

To "turn around" has several meanings from to turn (physically), to completely change your opinion, to change the efficiency of a company (faire demi-tour, changer d'avis, retourner sa veste, redresser une affaire, renverser une situation).

i have learnt something
I didn't know that to hand in was to give according to a Schedule, that to hand something over implies the idea that you have to give back even if you don't want to,  that to hand out is to distribute for free to a group of people and to hand off is to pass from one hand to the other.  
What about you ?
