As it is coming up to my lunchtime , it is now time for some nosh ! Nosh is a slang word which I wouldn't use much though people would understand me. I have not heard the word noshable before but assumes it just intends to mean edible. I could write " a covering letter " with this but I am not going to. If it gets too hot this afternoon I could wedge or put a wedge under the door to keep it open. johnB

I just saw a mention of origami on one of the posts. I was going to study origami but the college folded.

I saw mention of bottled water in another post. Have you ever seen this on a label " This pure spring water has passed through rocks for hundreds of millions of years. Best to drink before July 31st ! johnB

Yes your knowledge is very good . I thought it would be difficult to understand - like most of my jokes !

We say a business folds - when it goes bust, when it loses so much money it has to close , it goes bankrupt.

In origami you fold pieces of paper in many different ways until they become objects like ships or hats.

I am not very good at origami but I laughed when a friend of mine who is told me this :- He was sitting at a reception desk and was very bored. He made a little boat very carefully out of a sweet wrapper. A lady came in saw the sweet wrapper, screwed it up and threw it in the waste paper bin. johnB
