Working with the French – feedback from the field

Hi Gérard, everyone
It is a very interesting subject indeed but I have no experience about it. I have always enjoyed meeting people from diverse origins but never worked with them.
I Know that the business world is difficult and team working even more. I would say that when people are intelligent and nice it helps to sort out the problems. Anyway we are used to certain ways of acting and my daughter in law found difficult to work in England though she still has a lot of English friends. My younger daughter was happy when she worked in America and when she decided to leave, it was the hardest decision in all her life.
I would be interesting to have the view point of the people they worked with
