Let's not just stumble into this week ahead, as though we have no control over how it plays out. We always have control over our intention, and we have the power to make choices. So let's take a little time right now to consider our intention for this week.
What is within our power to accomplish?
What can we do to make our lives a little easier?
What choices can we make to bring more meaning into our days?
When can we take some space for ourselves to be still?
How can we serve others in a positive way?
How can we make time for fun?
These are just a few prompts. Ask yourself whatever questions will inspire you to approach this week with intention, empowered with the understanding that you are responsibility for your life, for your happiness, and for your well-being.
Let's rock the hell out of this week. Day by day. Moment by moment. Because we can.
