Hi Gérard, everyone !
You have to be careful with the expression "I miss you" because it is tricky. In French the order is different. In French the subject is the direct object and the direct object is the subject

Always let's take great care of slang words and especially "insults" because there're oodles of double meanings out there; for instance take a look at the true meaning of "wanker" and you'll understand what I want to say; take a look at "dick" and you'll understand... don't say this to anyone.

Re: Language Learning Base -2-
Hi Muriel,
"Long time no see" is there weird grammarwise but the expression is very usual.
Like at church, you'll have to say it tree times today

Very Good Words That Are Very Capable of Replacing “Very”
LANGUAGELEARNINGBASE.COM
Remarks:
- English speaking people don't hesitate to repeat the sameword in a sentence; they even like it much
- apparently they hate "very"; in my childhood, I remember the schoolmastezr insisting on avoiding the verb "faire"
- I don't remember about "très" but probably: French language is rich enough and English language is still richer
