Hiking, yes, but not when I'm at the steering wheel.
I wrote "noble peoplle", I meant people who didn't have to make money.
I lov eletting my mind daydream: I can assure it's very efficient, such as when Montaigne, Lamartine, Rousseau, etc. were thinking and building/improving sciences, philosophy...

There are so many meditation benefits, but the release of stored emotions is one of them let 's do that ! It so good for us

My behavior is not meditation  but when I'm walking, by myself, in the middle of a wood, it's so quiet and nice-looking that happy thoughts are coming easily (I also easily find solutions... similar situation when I'm half-sleeping just before waking up - by the way, to induce this state, I'm a fan of early quasi-waking up such as Chateaubriand's father).
