Did you know that although Thanksgiving is a North American holiday,  the tradition of breaking the turkey wishbone comes from Europe, and is thousands of years older? I didn't Sad

La langue c'est Le Lien, Language is The Link, La Lengua es el Nexo de unión, Sprache ist die Verbindung, Il Linguaggio è Il Legame, La Lingvo estas La Ligilo etc.

I didn't know Muriel but I'm not surprised as present white Americans didn't start from scratch, nor spontaneous generation (I mean they came from Europe with their traditions and beliefs).
