Last week, in the north of Russia, a man, probably drunk, stole an armored personnel carrier at a military flying school and used it as a ram on the front of a supermarket. The police arrested him while he was trying to steal a bottle of vine!

Sure, taking a tank was more secure -for him- than riding a bike, given his state he might have hurt himself.

If the guy was drunk, he can use only his head. It's hard as gens drunk!
