I would say this list is about 98% correct. Especially number 4 !
English has great difficulty in deciding if some nouns are singular or plural - such as media, data etc. You can get away with either mainly.
I am reminded - " James Bond always running about, Basildon Bond ( maker of high quality writing paper ) stationery. "
