I cannot see any comma to help.

As you can guess, they want to promote good English and denounce mistakes made by English speaking people.
They don't teach foreigners but natives.

There are several kinds of puns and they usually have a mark showing this category.

Yes, you got it.
In the past, some Americans were pronouncing Congradulations.
Then, lazzy Americans preferred the "d"; Australians adopted the "d"; Young Brits -trying to look like Americans- as well; snob Frenchmen as well...

Grammarly.com doesn't like this and the picture denounces the mistake as many English speaking people now don't know the spelling!
Instead of being straight, they prefer to say with a smile: "There's no "D" in Congratulations."
