It's a fancy sign, just a wink from a jazz organization.

As far as I know, this round sign with red around would announce something forbidden i.e. it would mean that it is forbiden to whistle in the street, a shame!

However...
Looking at the sign thoroughly, it might be real: in a city where there's an aerial powered transport line.
Would you know where it is ? Calais ?
Do you think someone might have drawn music notes on an existing sign (this sign with a pedestrian in a circle rounded with red would mean forbidden to pedestrains in both direction)?

I made this up.
I wanted to describe the cable we saw on the left of the sign: not a trolley (I guess there're 2 cables), not a tramway (I guess the power comes thru the rails and nothing up) so I made up my transport line.

I think it may be a tram (in my mind there was nothing up but now, I Wonder).

Congratulations, you are very good at making up words. I know that English people make up a lot of phrasal verbs or compound words or compound adjectives.

However, I'm wondering if an EMT would understand
