These words were suggested by Microsoft's shareholders.

A company must be led by a group of managers; however, the CEO is the one who make the ultimate decision.

Not necessarily but the CEO has to be open-minded and be able to take the best from their deputies (it's a plus when all of them are able to work with one another).
