Hi everyone !
Ok when everyone uses the same language, there is less friction caused by translation but anyway
it's very interesting to see how English supplanted the other languages.
Absolute EnglishScience once communicated in a polyglot of tongues, but now English rules alone. How did this happen – and at what cost?

Hi !
Very interesting.
As a conclusion, we could say that, instead of choosing a neutral language, the scientific community has adopted the official language of the dominant power : the USA.
