intergenerational care home
Hi everyone
I have just come across that video. It's sweet isn't it ? I am all the more interested in that video since my mother is now 98 years old. She is not abandoned whatsoever. Her children and grandchildren regularly visit her. She lives in a serviced apartment and her meals are delivered every day to her place because she can no longer eat in the restaurant. The problem is that she has become depressed because she is now very weak and has lost her memory. She used to enjoy driving her little car, playing bridge but her health is now very poor and she spends hours on end doing nothing. Reading and watching television are too tiring for her. She needs her family all the time.Poor Mom! I wish they could set up a nursery where she lives.
