Too much screen time. Can it stunt your growth?: image via appcarousel.wordpress.comMost parents don't consider that their teenagers are at risk for osteoporosis; teens certainly don't think about it.

Hi Gérard, everyone
My generation did not have vitamin D when they were young. I understand that nowadays boys  don't have enough athletic activities. Anyway they have had vitamin D since they were born, isn't it enough ?

Muriel,

Are you sure?
There is a high percentage of people who are said not to have enough D vitamin due to the fact that doctors lowered the threshold (to sell more pills and treatments Wink ).
